They were still frozen when delivered which is very rare with most sellersThe Rollin and Bowlin pouches are a quick and delicious solution to making cafe quality smoothies and bowls at home!I lived in LA for 6 years and have tried all of the top smoothie and açaí bowls in the area. I also have experimented with all sorts of mixtures to make my own smoothies and bowls at home. These pouches blew me away with taste and convenience. The pouches arrived very quickly and came frozen on dry ice in an insulated box. The process for making the smoothie or bowl was very simple: add the ingredients, pour some liquid (I use oat milk), and then blend. I have used both a NutriBullet and a food processor to make bowls. I found the food processor easier for making bowls as the blades have a bigger surface area and blend slower. If making bowls in the nutribullet, I had to mix the ingredients around a couple times, but still came out very well. As I mentioned, these taste DELICIOUS—better than any bowl I’ve made. And just as importantly, they use only natural ingredients, so there is no powdery fake taste. They are perfectly portioned and make clean up and prep so easy. Definitely will be purchasing again.My greens galore variety pack came exactly as advertised. I like to eat these as smoothies after a workout or with breakfast, or I will add toppings and eat them in a bowl as a meal. Rollin n Bowlin makes a lot of different flavors but these are my favorite I have tried, they're very tasty and healthy. You only need to add milk (or any liquid you want) to the pouch itself then add all the contents to a blender and blend, it is extremely simple and comes out perfectly every time.
